What I do at Rep Data
I lead a team of project managers as well as an internal department supporting the project management team. I train, mentor, and coach my team to ensure clients are wowed by their experience with Rep Data. I also work to define and execute change-management initiatives related to our evolving technology and processes.
Why Rep Data
A successful candidate is someone who has a demonstrated track record of being a high achiever throughout their life. They are introspective and constantly looking to get feedback and improve. They don't think they know all the answers, and they're hungry to learn more and ask what's next.
Who am I?
I've been in online sample for the better part of the last decade. I started my career at Lucid in 2013, a company that revolutionized market research data collection. I've always enjoyed the fast pace and agility needed within startup culture, and it's been a privilege to be such an early member of the Rep Data team.
My working style - I like to have fun! If you aren't enjoying the day-to-day of your role, you should be looking for what's going to get you excited to come to work every day. I think I'm a pretty direct communicator and so you'll always know what the expectations are and where you stand. There's nothing better than cheerleading my incredibly talented team.

Advice for prospective candidates
