Screening Call
We will review each application as it comes in. If we see a potential fit, we will contact you to set up a call to discuss the role, company culture, and your skills and experience.
- Stage 3
Assessment
This is a 35-40 minute, scientifically-backed assessment geared toward the Project Manager position at Rep Data. It is designed to help ensure this is the best fit position for you.
- Stage 4
Hiring Manager Interview
Candidates will meet with the hiring manager to discuss the position in more detail.
- Stage 5
Panel Interview
Candidates will meet with a group of 2-3 panelists. Panel interviews are a great opportunity for you to ask current team members questions about the company, the culture, the role, so that you can make the best decision about whether Rep Data is right for you.
- Stage 6
Formal Offer
We will check references as a final step before making an offer!
